BOMA San Francisco Members:

UPDATE - May 25, 2011

Click here for a update (note: it's a large file so it will take some time to load) to the BAAQMD Regulation 9, Rule, 7 regarding new air pollution emission limits and requirements for owners and operators of boilers, steam generators, and process heaters.  This regulation limits the boilers emissions to 15 PPM of NOX, Nitrogen Oxides as well as other emission control factors. The new date requirements are listed in the update with a compliance extension to January 2013. Currently all boilers between 2-10 MMBTU are required to register on line with the BAAQMD as of January of 2011.

Thank you to the members of BOMA San Francisco's Codes and Regulations Committee for providing this information for the BOMA San Francisco membership.  For compliance assistance, please call the BAAQMD at (415) 749-4999.
