San Francisco Better Market Street Request for Qualifications





BOMA San Francisco Members:

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority is inviting responses to their Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested parties for planning, urban design, conceptual engineering, outreach, and environmental analysis services for the Better Market Street (BMS) Planning and Environmental Studies. Responses must respond to the specific activities described in Section III of the RFQ.

Responses are due by July 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. There will be a pre-response conference at the Authority offices on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Questions may be submitted in writing on or before July 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. by mail, fax or e-mail to the attention of Michael Schwartz, Transportation Planner (fax: 415.522.4829; e-mail michael.schwartz@sfcta.org ). The answers to questions and addenda will be made available on the Authority's website by July 16, 2010, at 5:00 p.m.

In addition, the Authority’s Plans and Programs Committee will be considering a request for $790,000 in Proposition K funds for the Better Market Street Project on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 9:30 am in City Hall, Room 263. Click here for the meeting agenda.   If the item is recommended for approval, the Board would consider the item for approval at its meeting on July 20, 2010 at 11 a.m., City Hall, Room 250.
